To create the perfect spring eye makeup Kelsey starts by applying mark. All Time Eye Hook Up long wear eye shadow all over the lids. Next use a brown gel eyeliner to create a soft winged eyeliner look using mark. Saved By The Gel eyeliner in the color Brownie Points. As one of Kelsey’s picks she, “chose Brownie Points over a black liner because for spring I wanted to keep it really fresh and light but I still wanted to get that precise definition.” To finish the eye makeup Kelsey applies mark. Lash Act Build and Define mascara in Blackest Black to the top and bottom lashes.
Next Kelsey applies Glowdacious illuminating powder in Amped Up and Touch & Glow Coral Glow blush on the apples of the cheeks for a coral glow that accentuates the playful spring lip color.
